SOMATIC MOVEMENT CLASSES
6 WEEK SERIES
An easy approach to self-care that nourishes your nervous system and soothes away tension – rediscover the joy of free and easy movement.
You will learn about whole body patterns of extension, flexion, rotation, cross-lateral patterns of walking, movements in the waist, movements in the pelvis, legs, feet, shoulders, arms and hands.
Each class prepares you for the next and are taught in a progressive step-by -step way for maximum benefit. Places are limited to ensure personal attention with the practice. Ruth will be teaching classes over six weeks at Seaford.
